Finlogic has signed the deed for the acquisition of the further residual share, equal to 49%, of the company Mobile Project (already 51% controlled by the Group), with the selling shareholders and current minority directors Marco Cuffaro and Paolo Ernesto Colombo , which will sell 38% and 11% of the share capital and voting rights respectively. This was announced by the company active in the Information Technology sector with complete solutions for the coding and automatic identification of products.
The purchase price for the 49% stake is € 169,382 and has been paid in full today.
