FuelCell Energy, a US company active in the fuel cell sector, collapses on Wall Street. In an uneventful session, the stock fell by 15.4% to drop below $ 5 (at $ 4.98). The disappointing results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2021, which ended on October 31st, weighed heavily. Revenues dropped to $ 13.9 million from $ 17 million in the same period last year, outperforming analysts who expected growth to $ 21.9 million. The result per share was also below expectations, which was negative for 0.07 dollars, compared to -0.08 dollars a year ago and against an estimated loss per share of 0.04 dollars.
