Mediobanca rises, through a securities loan, to 17.22% of Generali, and will remain there at least until the next meeting of the Leone, the one called to resolve on the renewal of the board of directors of the company. This was announced late yesterday by Piazzetta Cuccia. A move that came just on the eve of a nomination committee that already promised to be fiery and that, after this news, will probably be even more so.
