The 32-year-old, who lives in Singapore and works as a self-employed financial mentor, has defined a clear strategy and concrete rules for her investments.
For example, she stays away from hype and industries that she has no idea about. The young woman tells us her best stock market tips.
Vanessa Bause learned investing from her grandfather. āMy grandfather was involved in stock market trading in retirement, both speculatively and in a well-founded and long-term manner,ā says Bause proudly. He attended computer courses for seniors, developed investment ideas and set up a portfolio for each of his grandchildren.

The 32-year-old doesnāt put a lot of energy into her investments every day. āI donāt invest money all the time. āItās not like I deal with investment products on a daily or weekly basis,ā she reveals.
The young woman, who was born in a small village in Rhineland-Palatinate and has been living in Singapore for a few years, doesnāt analyze a new company for potential investments every week. As a rule, she looks at different companies every two to three months and then decides on investments. She invests most of her money in individual stocks and ETFs, but also in P2P loans.
What are P2P loans?
So-called peer-to-peer (P2P) loans have gained popularity in recent years as an alternative form of lending. There are different platforms that connect people who need a loan with investors who are willing to lend their money.
P2P lending, also known as P2P lending, allows individuals to borrow and lend money directly without a traditional bank. āP2Pā stands for person-to-person. These transactions often take place through online platforms that act as intermediaries between borrowers and lenders.
