Leinen was a financial advisor for several German companies, as he tells Business Insider. His previous employers included Volkswagen and KPMG. In his finance job he learned one thing above all: It is possible to regularly earn money by renting out cheap properties. On the Instagram channel “Immobuddies” he gives insights into his rental business.
