According to the latest issue of Sinappsi magazine, the INAPP scientific periodical, which presents the data of the Indaco Imprese survey, a small number of micro-enterprises, only 56.7%, organize training courses for their employees. This percentage is significantly lower than the 94.1% recorded for large companies. These data indicate a lack of structured training in Italian micro-enterprises.
Most of the courses offered by micro-enterprises, 84.5%, are linked to regulatory updating or legal obligations. Only 32.5% of companies provide training courses on technical specifications and production or service technologies. This suggests that micro-enterprises may not be fully informed about new technologies and production techniques.
