President Benedetta Navarra, during the meeting for the approval of the 2023 budget, highlighted how the complete digitalization of the network is an imminent goal for the company, making it a pioneer in the gas sector.
Navarra highlighted the crucial role of integrated sensors, which allow real-time analysis and become fundamental for managing the introduction of gas into the network. This advanced technology, according to Italgas, has become a point of reference in the work of integrating renewable gases, contributing to the diversification of energy sources, the reduction of CO2 emissions and the optimization of efficiency and cost-effectiveness for global shareholders.
