Juventus, Agnelli on the capital gains case: “I have a clear conscience”. The Super League? A valid project

In an interview given to the Financial Times, Andrea Agnelli, the former president of Juventus, spoke about the capital gains case involving the Juventus team.

Agnelli maintained a firm position, stating that he had ā€˜a clear conscienceā€™. Without going into the details of the legal case, he insisted that ā€˜everything we did, we did by the bookā€™.

He did not neglect the Super League issue. Although Juventus has retracted its support for the project, the former president remains convinced of its validity. Agnelli said that ā€˜things donā€™t happen by magicā€™, suggesting that the project needs time to develop.

He also left open the possibility of his return to lead Juventus.
