Contemporary art for the training of managers. The project that was born from the collaboration between the Center for Contemporary Art Pirelli HangarBicocca and the Agency for Human Work is based on a very creative union.
“Something extraordinary – The art of leadership” aims to connect the characteristics of management training with the ability of the art of our time to break the mold and imagine the future. Participants will be accompanied in the re-elaboration of schemes, habits, knowledge and languages and will address issues such as change management, future proof business developments and organizational transformation in the Pirelli HangarBicocca exhibition spaces.
Among others, Marcella Vanzo, anthropologist and artist, will participate, with whom managers and entrepreneurs will know, test and explore transformative leadership by confronting fundamental issues such as co-design, multidisciplinarity, critical and lateral thinking, flexibility and diversity.
With Jona Jaeger – an expert in managerial training specialized in training and coaching on the theme of cultural diversity with innovative approaches – new transformation tools will be developed to be brought into their organizations by deepening aspects such as intercultural communication, conflict management, change management and intercultural leadership. The two days (from 26 to 28 May) of full immersion dedicated to managers and entrepreneurs which can be registered until 12 May.
