ROMA – The wording included in the latest draft of the budget law, dated 27 November, is “ministries’ contribution to the manoeuvre”. It is the spending review of at least 140 million which serves to keep up the coverage for the expenses foreseen by the government, from the flat tax to 103 for pensions. The bill is paid by the prisons, with cuts in personnel, and the costs of wiretapping.
