The Ministry of Economy and Finance (Mef) has indicated Alfredo Altavilla as the new Executive President of Italia Trasporti Aereo (ITA). “Altavilla, by virtue of the relevant managerial experience and recognized professional skills, will guarantee a precious executive contribution to the development of the company, with particular reference to strategy, finance and human resources”, reads the note from the Treasury.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance confirms full confidence in the CEO, Fabio Lazzerini, who will continue the considerable work done for the launch of the company and the definition of the operating and business model. The Mef note closes with “a heartfelt thanks to the outgoing president, Francesco Caio, to whom he wishes every success in his role as CEO of Saipem”.
