Piquadro: appointment by co-optation of a new director

The Board of Directors of Piquadro resolved the co-optation of Doctor Tommaso Palmieri as non-executive director of the Company.

The appointment took place following the resignation given on 5 January 2024 by Dr. Francesco Giovagnoni, executive director, appointed from the majority list in the ordinary meeting of 25 July 2022, to which a single non-elected candidate belongs, Dr. Sergio Marchese who resigned from the position of member of the Board of Directors due to the concomitance of further professional commitments.
