The engines are started for the seventh stage of the World Rally Championship (WRC) which runs until Sunday 17 July.

Program of the weekend

A Super Special Stage – Tartu (1.66km) on Thursday evening kicks off the action of Rally Estonia, while Friday is the longest day of the event, with two laps of each of the Peipsiääre stages (24.35km) , Mustvee (17.09 km), Raanitsa (21.45 km) and Vastsemõisa (6.70 km) for a total of 139.18 km. On Saturday the crews are called to make two rings of four new stages, followed by another passage of the super special stage in Tartu.The event concludes on Sunday with the last six stages, when the crews will face twice Tartu Vald (6.56 km), Kanepi (16.48 km) and Kambja (15 , 95 km).

Drivers and constructors standings before the race

After six races since the start of the 2022 season, Rovampera is leading the driver’s standings with 145 points, followed by Neuville at 80, Tanak and Katsuta at 62, Breen at 60, Loeb at 35, Sordo and Ogier at 34. as regards the constructors’ classification, Toyota Gazoo Racing is at the top with 200 points, followed by Hyundai at 161 and M-Sport Ford at 120.
