The investigation was born after a complaint following the death of Alice, killed by her brother Alberto under the house in Quinto.
The family members, seven hours before the tragedy, would have called to the police station saying that his son had them threatened and had also threatened her daughter and husband. The officers responded to stay at home and of not being able to intervene because Alberto was not a concrete threat at that moment.
