The list of vessels authorized to fish off the coast of Senegal was announced by the Ministry of Fisheries, Maritime and Port Infrastructures. 132 Senegalese vessels and 19 foreign vessels are authorized.
According to the authority, this act responds to the principle of transparency in the management of natural resources which constitute a national heritage.
The ministry specifies, however, that this list does not take into account the files being renewed.
