If the external style is completely new, even when you get on board you are impressed by the qualitative leap compared to the first generation. The infotainment system of the second generation Kodiaq is equipped with a central touch display of up to 13 inches with gesture and voice commands from which to manage the latest version of the Mib3 infotainment system which has proven to be responsive and easy to use. The head-up display arrives for the first time and the configurable button makes its debut on the tunnel; by pressing the central button, you can manage different functions with a single command. The features also include wireless charging with a ventilated plate and designed to accommodate two smartphones. Another novelty comes from the increase in space on board; in the five-seater version, the protagonist of our test, the boot volume has increased by 75 liters to 910 liters without lowering the rear seats and by folding them down it reaches 2,105 litres. The seven-seater now has a load volume of 340 liters behind the third row of seats, 70 more than before, and 845 liters with the third row seats folded down and expandable up to 2,035 litres.
