Smart working: the extension until June 30 in the private sector

ROMA – The emergency ends on March 31st Covidbut the Dl 24/2022 provides for an extension of three months for the smart working simplified in the private sector. While for the public since the beginning of this year the guidelines of the Public Function require individual agreement between worker and employer. And since April 1st there is no longer any safeguard for the fragile workers (with serious illnesses or young children): they must return to work, it being understood that the individual agreement may establish specific methods of protection.
