Salvatore Pisani, General Manager of the Splendid Venice hotel – Starhotels Collezione and President of the Tourism and Services section of Confindustria Venice and Rovigo since July 2020, has won the “Italian Hotel Manager of the Year 2021” award from the European Hotel Managers Association. The reason for the award is for “the excellent renovation and relaunch of the structure in a period of economic difficulties and strong competition on the offer, the excellent financial management, the great spirit of innovation and the strong drive towards culture and to the social life of the community, the creation of a cohesive internal team and attention to the development of talents ».
