Sunflower oil: stocks are running out. The palm one could come back

Italy needs sunflower oil. And as soon as possible because stocks, according to Assitol (the Italian Association of the Oil Industry) could run out within a month. We need it to run the food industry (baked goods, preserves, sauces, spreadable condiments), horeca – that is hotels, restaurants and catering – which also uses it for frying; but it also serves the oleochemical and energy industry, it serves our farms because the precious sunflower seeds are also used to produce feed.
