The workers of TenarisDalmine collect another record bonus: in 2023 the amount reaches up to 13,500 euros. The company communicated to its 2,200 employees at the Dalmine, Sabbio Bergamasco, Costa Volpino, Arcore and Piombino plants the value that the second tranche of the Company Profitability Bonus (Pra) has reached, which was created in 1998 and has the function of redistributing workers a share of the wealth generated, in proportion to the company’s economic result.

The value of 2023

The Pra is a variable bonus that is paid to all employees and is linked partly to the level of classification to which the employee belongs, partly to a broader overall reward system. In all cases the calculation of its amount is strictly connected to the results obtained. This year the combination of things has led to a record value for the second tranche which, added to the first, anticipated and distributed in October, determines the prize for the entire year: for 2023 the total figure ranges from a minimum of 9,234 euros to a maximum of 13,482 euros.

Participation in the results

The bonus is a tool that allows all workers to participate in company results. As the senior director of human resources at TenarisDalmine, Paolo Benzi, explains, «we are really very satisfied to be able to share the brilliant economic results, again this year, together with the entire company population, whose contribution was essential to obtaining them, thanks to the commitment and constant professionalism.”
