The managers of Chiara Ferragni and Balocco are expected to be summoned to the Prosecutor’s Office in the next few days in the investigation for aggravated fraud in the “Pink Christmas” pandoro affair, which has been subject to Antitrust fines for unfair commercial practice.
Mrs. Ferragni and Alessandra Balocco are under investigation for aggravated fraud. After the acquisition of documents in the offices of the Piedmontese company made by the Guardia di Finanza, the investigators, led by prosecutor Eugenio Fusco, believe they can identify which company executives dealt with the “Pink Christmas” project and the contract signed in December 2021 .
They should be the first to be questioned as witnesses. Only in a second phase should Ferragni, defended by the lawyers Marcello Bana and Giuseppe Iannaccone, and the president and CEO of Balocco, defended by the lawyer Alessandra Bono, be questioned.
On the commercial front, according to rumors, other companies are about to withdraw from business relationships with the companies of the Cremonese influencer, Fenice Srl (32.5% owned, but Ferragni is the CEO) and Tbs Crew Srl ( 100% owned). The two companies were fined a total of 1.075 million euros, Balocco for 420 thousand euros.
