Securities Times e Company News, Three Gorges Tourism (002627) announced on the evening of March 27 that the company is planning to purchase assets and raise supporting funds and related transactions by issuing shares, paying cash, and directional issuance of convertible bonds. The transaction targets of this planning event are 100% equity of Yangtze River Three Gorges Tourism Development Co., Ltd. held by Three Gorges Base Company, and all equity of Yichang Xingsheng Construction Investment Co., Ltd. held by Jiaolu Investment. The Yangtze Three Gorges Tourism Development Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the development and operation of the Three Gorges Dam tourist area; Yichang Xingsheng Construction Investment Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of the 809 micro-resort town. Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since the market opened on March 28.
