Tim network, KKR notifies the EU of all the details to get the green light for the purchase

MILANO – The American fund Kkr has submitted notification to the offices of Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in Brusselsto obtain authorization, for Antitrust purposes, to purchase control of Telecom Italia network.

The operation from 18.8 billion of euros signed last October 15, provides that the American infrastructure fund based in London will have control of the network through a vehicle called Optics BidCo.
