TIM: no discussion on the corporate structure of the single network

With reference to today’s press rumors about possible corporate structures relating to the network, TIM specified that the matter has not been discussed by the Board of Directors nor have any decisions been made in this regard.

The indiscretion reported today by Bloomberg talks about a new plan to merge the TIM network with the Open Fiber one, which provides for TIM’s renunciation of maintaining a controlling stake in the new entity.
