943,000 jobs were created in the United States in July. According to data released by the US Department of Labor, payrolls in the non-agricultural sectors, the so-called non-farm payrolls, increased by 943 thousand units, up from 938 thousand jobs in June (revised figure from +850 thousand units) against + 870 thousand of the Bloomberg consensus.
