Valsoia has signed a preliminary agreement with Green Pro International, a Dutch company that holds 100% of Swedish Green Food Company, for the purchase of 100% of the shareholding of the Swedish company. The transaction provides for an equivalent value of 250 thousand euros. The operation is expected to be completed with the transfer of 100% of the share capital by 30 September 2021.
The note states that the acquisition of Swedish Green Food Company AB, already distributor of Valsoia products in Sweden, constitutes an operation of significant prospective value for the company which further consolidates its direct presence in Europe.
