Authorities from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Services and five public entities signed an agreement this Monday to promote the use of biofuels in their vehicle fleet.
This is another step in the energy transition process promoted by the Province, which in this case added the participation of Cormecor, Epec, Caminos de las Sierras, the Public Works and Services Entity and Tamse.
The agreement provides for the contracting of a service for the provision and sale of fuel mixed with biofuels (variants of B20 and E17) for vehicles of the aforementioned entities.

Atmosphere. It is urgent to reinforce environmental conservation policies
It is also intended that this will favor better access conditions and prices for biofuels, which will be implemented through an electronic auction.
The agreement is in line with provincial law 10,721, which promotes the production and consumption of biofuels and bioenergy.
