Shanghai Real Estate Brokerage Company Sued by Zhang Jie and Xie Na Over Skipping Orders Dispute

Legal battles continue to unfold in the real estate industry as Shanghai Yaluan Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. faces a lawsuit from celebrities Zhang Jie and Xie Na. The company, which has been embroiled in a dispute over unpaid capital contributions, now finds itself in hot water with the famous couple.

According to Tianyancha legal litigation information, the company’s manager has filed a second-instance hearing announcement against four individuals, including Huo Moumou, Han Moumou, Tang Moumou, and Ou Moumou. The case, set to be heard in the Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People’s Court on May 8, centers around the disagreement regarding recovering unpaid capital.

Shanghai Yaluan Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 but was later canceled in 2023. The company, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, had previously been owned by the individuals now involved in the legal battle. In a twist of events, the company’s manager, Huo Moumou, had publicly accused Zhang Jie and Xie Na of ‘jumping the purchase order’ in buying a luxury home last year.

However, court documents ultimately refuted these claims, stating that Zhang Jie and Xie Na did not skip orders in their property purchase. In a surprising turn of events, the celebrity couple decided to retaliate by suing the company and Huo Moumou for infringement of their reputation rights in April of last year.

As the legal drama unfolds, all eyes will be on the courtroom come May 8, as the parties involved await the decision that could potentially have far-reaching consequences for both the real estate brokerage company and the celebrity duo. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.
