American rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, also known as Daniel Hernandez, was arrested in the Dominican Republic on Wednesday. He is accused of physical and psychological violence against his romantic partner, Dominican rapper and reggaeton singer, Yailín la Más Viral. Hernandez is currently being held in a jail in the capital of Santo Domingo and is set to appear in court on Thursday. It has not yet been confirmed whether Hernandez has legal representation.
