Exploring the Depth of Art: A Journey through Stereoscopic Photography and Comics Exhibition

Hangzhou, China – The “Reconstruction Dimension – Three-dimensional Photography Art Exhibition” and “Vivid and Clean Rhythm·Comics Breeze – Clean and Clean Cartoon Exhibition” were the focus of a recent visit to the China Cartoon and Animation Museum in Hangzhou.

Hosted by the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Garden and Culture, the “Visiting Museums in Hangzhou” exhibition activity took place on April 11. Participants had the opportunity to explore the development and changes of stereoscopic photography at the “Reconstruction Dimension – Three-dimensional Photography Art Exhibition. The exhibition featured stereoscopic cameras, film viewers, and other equipment from around the world, as well as stereoscopic photography from late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, unique historical relics from Hangzhou, and modern animation stereoscopic photography.

Moving to the second floor and the fourth floor of the museum, visitors were introduced to the culture of integrity in comics at the “Vivid and Clean Rhythm·Comics Breeze – Clean and Clean Cartoon Exhibition.” This space showcased award-winning works on the anti-corruption theme, corruption-themed books, and literary and creative works related to corruption. The exhibition highlighted the integration of corruption culture and artistic creation in the world of comics.

One visitor, Jiang Baijue, a recommendation officer of cultural museums, expressed their satisfaction with the activities, stating, “I benefited a lot from today’s activity. Not only did I learn a lot of photography knowledge, but I also learned about the history of stereoscopic photography and the development history of Chinese comics from ancient times to modern times.”
