Porphyry, quartz and granite: natural elements whose sophisticated shades are often found in the Peserico collections with slippery fabrics and precious yarns. The same rocks, ground and pulverized in an original mixture, are also the raw material with which La Pietra Compattata creates interior and exterior design surfaces with high added value, both in terms of aesthetics and sustainability.

It is on this common ground that the two brands have chosen to collaborate on the occasion of the FuoriSalone del Mobile 2022, creating a chromatic dialogue between the nuances of wisteria, primrose yellow and neutrals typical not only of the Spring-Summer 2022 of Peserico, but also of the new collection of floors and walls of La Pietra Compattata: in the Peserico boutique in via Solferino you will be able to touch the items of the Veneto brand and the furniture surfaces of the Emilian company, created in full respect of the environment.

The raw materials from which La Pietra Compattata draws are, in fact, production waste, not cooked but dried with an innovative and sustainable production cycle to drastically reduce the CO2 impact on the ecosystem, with a view to circularity that also includes water recovery and further reuse of waste.

After the last two years of the pandemic, the Peserico group closed 2021 with a turnover of 80 million euros in line with 2019, with a growth of 20% compared to 2020. The company has never stopped, since the creation of the line Man for Autumn-Winter 2021 at the Spring-Summer 2022 collection, particularly appreciated for the Aurea capsule created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the brand.

The results of the first quarter of 2022 bode well: «The quarter closed with a growth of 19%, while we estimate to close the year at + 8% – comments Riccardo Peruffo, CEO of Peserico -. Russia and Ukraine are very important markets for us, in particular in Ukraine we opened four stores in 2021, with a fifth opening that was later faded due to the ongoing conflict. As for the performance of the individual markets, Korea is performing very well, overseas the US is doing double compared to 2021 and we are planning four new openings between now and November ».
