This Sunday at dawn, in the town of Villa Rumipal (Calamuchita), the Police arrested a 32-year-old man after this person, while driving in his truck, ran over a motorcyclist and dragged him several meters.
According to official information, the driver of the motorcycle is a 21-year-old young man from Villa del Dique who “was transferred to the Santa Rosa de Calamuchita hospital, presenting an open fracture in his left leg and ankle.”

He was then referred to a hospital in the city of Córdoba for further care.
The arrest of the driver of the truck was carried out for “alleged responsibility for the crime of attempted homicide” and in the procedure the Ford Ranger vehicle and two cell phones were seized. The man resides in Río Cuarto and was staying in a home in Villa del Dique.
The first statements indicate that “the driver of the motorcycle apparently stole a cell phone, under circumstances that are being investigated.”
