Kaleen to Represent Austria in Unusual Eurovision 2024 Final

Kaleen, representative of Austria in Eurovision 2024, is set to take the stage in the grand final of the competition following the expulsion of the Netherlands’ Joost Klein. The European Broadcasting Union has announced that despite not participating, the jury and Dutch public will still be able to vote in the festival.

The unusual situation has resulted in a shift in the order of performances, with all countries from the fourth position moving up one spot. This means that Spain will still perform eighth, despite being the seventh act on stage at the Malmö Arena.

Croatia’s Baby Lasagna, Swiss Nemo, and Frenchman Slimane are among the top contenders in the competition, with Croatia predicted to win. Host Sweden will open the final with Norwegian twins Markus & Martinus, while Austria’s Kaleen will close the show with her club beats.

Israeli contestant Eden Golan, a top contender, will perform in the sixth position. Other favorites like Ukraine, Ireland, and Italy will also perform in the first half of the table, potentially impacting their chances of winning.

The duo Nebulossa, representing Spain, will perform eighth in the final, following Lithuanian Silvester Belt’s electronic song Luktelk.

In a new move, viewers will be allowed to vote from the beginning of the performances to reduce the impact of the order on contestants’ chances. The full order of performances for the Eurovision 2024 final is listed, with Austria’s Kaleen closing the show.
