Loro Piana collaborates with Japanese artist Hiroshi Fujiwara on a new capsule collection that combines streetwear style with Loro Piana’s refined fabrics and signature elegance. This is the second collaboration between the two parties, continuing the previous successful cooperation, focusing on advocating diversity and originality, and striving to explore a new world.
Hiroshi Fujiwara is both a designer and a musician, showing his talents in different fields. In this collaboration, one of the most influential figures in the history of contemporary fashion, he uses his unique vision to dissolve spatial and cultural differences, and innovatively push Loro Piana’s extraordinary Seiko heritage into the future. The result is gender-neutral, functional, comfortable, elegant, and simple clothing that perfectly aligns the timeless elegance and craftsmanship of Loro Piana with traditional Japanese culture.
This new capsule collection includes minimal and comfortable clothing and basic accessories: not only in the designer’s signature color palette – white, black and navy blue, but also in comfortable and high-quality fabrics and sophisticated details. For example, the soft knitted sweater, the upgraded interpretation of the classic summer silk/cotton blend fabric in an environmentally friendly way, and the modern and novel Breton stripes are added, all showing a delicate and dynamic temperament.
