New complaint against the player Braian Cufré and a former teammate of Vélez

While he is serving house arrest in Tucumán for a case of alleged abuse, Justice began to investigate a new complaint against Braian Cufré and another footballer who was a teammate of the defender of the Buenos Aires club Vélez Sárfield.

The other investigated is Fabricio Alvarenga, who currently works for Chornomorets Odesa in Ukraine.

The new complaint against Vélez player

The sources revealed to the Infobae site that the complaint was filed by a 24-year-old girl, who claimed that she was raped in 2017 at a home in Liniers by the players.

According to what they indicated, the victim had a clandestine relationship with Cufré, who was dating another woman.

The complainant indicated in court that Cufré, who at the time was her boyfriend, had proposed to her to have a sexual threesome. She refused. However, she carried out the alleged sexual attack in which both Cufré and Alvarenga would have raped the woman.

“One day he invites her to the house to have a threesome and tells her that Fabricio is going to be there. She clarifies to him: ‘Look, I don’t want to have threesomes’ and he tells her that she should stay calm,” she said.

However, according to his testimony, after having sexual relations with the defender, he retired to the bathroom. At that moment, “Cufré tells her: “There goes Fabricio” and, when she refuses, Alvarenga rapes her,” they added. For now it is an initial stage of the investigation that is already being processed in Justice.

Complaint against Cufré and Alvarenga: the measures ordered by the judge

Judicial journalist Sergio Farella told the TN channel that the judge “summoned the victim to testify.” And in that sense he added: “The complaint made by the young woman, assisted by Fernando Burlando’s study, is that she had a romantic relationship with Cufré and that he proposes to have a sexual threesome, she does not agree and that is when she is subjected sexually”.

Judge Alejandra Provítola ordered that the young woman must ratify the complaint in court. “So far she went to a police station in Palermo, she made the complaint last week. And, in turn, it appears to this judge that as a precautionary measure she was given an unfriendly button,” Farella reported.

Braian Cufré is detained in Tucumán

Cufré, like Abiel Osorio and José Florentín, are under house arrest after being accused of sexual abuse committed in Tucumán, when they were concentrated in a provincial hotel after playing a match against Atlético.

According to the complaint, a 24-year-old girl was contacted by goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa and, when she went to the hotel room where they were concentrated, she was sexually abused at the beginning of March.

Fabricio Alvarenga plays as a forward for Chornomorets Odesa in Ukraine. He is 28 years old and was born Aristóbulo del Valle, province of Misiones. The footballer was in Vélez until 2020, then he went through Curitiba in Brazil, Deportivo Morón, Olympic Donetsk and Ruk Lviv, both teams from Ukraine.
