National senator Francisco Paoltroni assured that if the May Pact is not reached with the approved Base Law “nothing happens.”
He further maintained that “There are sectors that are betting on the failure of the President” and that “they know that when people stop being poor they will not vote for them anymore.”
“With independent citizens, the managers of poverty end. If everything is improving like this, if we give the President a law, everything will be better. Their business is ending,” he added in statements to Chain 3 Rosary.

Base Law
When referring to the treatment of the Bases Law, Paoltroni stated that “If this is delayed and returns to Deputies, it is not so serious”.
“There are many items and modifications, not all that we would have wanted, but it is not the end of the world”he explained.
“And if we do not reach the May Pact with the approved law, nothing happens,” he emphasized.

He also considered that “we must go to a competition model and not continue maintaining the kiosk of a few.”
“To maintain the Tierra del Fuego situation, notebooks are more expensive for Argentines. This economy failed, we must go to another country model. Uruguay and Chile were able to grow like this,” considered Paoltroni.
