Qiu Yueci said that her work is a painting expression of “composite media”. For example, “Prayer” borrows stencils to make color painting, “Space Symphony” adds color painting to coral sand, and “Mysterious Flower” combines fabric and paint. Glitter decoration, combined use of water-based and oil-based pigments, all have the characteristics of composite media. Teacher Qiu teaches not only to cultivate the concept of artistic appreciation of students, but also to train students in diversified practical techniques; Qiu Yueci believes that everyone has their own unique creativity in their hearts. Qiu Yueci said that “creative art” is different from paintings classified by materials. “Creative art” uses a variety of media in exploring various art materials, including watercolor, pastel, acrylic, cut and paste, line painting, Chalk pens, etc. not only have a sense of design, but also learn the application of “composite media”, and show “very diverse” creativity in the performance of shape and color matching.

In the great pressure of the entrance exam, learning art and painting not only relieved the pressure, but also made life full of joy. Later, he was admitted to the Department of Fine Arts, and the content of academic and technical subjects became richer and diversified. In 1949, he entered the high school arts and crafts department. Teaching, so that you can apply what you have learned, so far, your dreams come true. After retiring, he devoted himself to promoting community art activities. For more than three years, I have been happily learning the creation of multiple media with the students, appreciating the performance of modern art, and bringing many non-traditional art concepts to the community.
