British actor Bernard Hill, best known for his supporting roles in “Titanic” and the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy, has passed away at the age of 79, his family announced on Sunday.
Hill, who achieved fame in his native country with roles in films such as “Boys from the Blackstuff,” became a household name for his performances in some of the most successful films in cinema history.
