When A$AP Rocky was appointed as the creative director of the PUMA x Formula 1 series in 2023, fans were excited to see what collaborations would come from the partnership. Now, the brand has announced the release of their second joint series with A$AP Rocky at the helm.
The collection is inspired by the simulation of a day working in the garage, with each item featuring a stained appearance to mimic the wear and tear of a day at the racetrack. The tracksuit resembles a racing suit, with distressed prints and elastic ribbing, while the Seatbelt T-Shirt is printed with a six-point safety belt pattern. Knitted Balaclavas, padded hats, and XL gloves round out the range, providing fans with a full lineup of racing-inspired gear.
In addition to the apparel, the collection also includes the Inhale OG shoe, originally designed as a running shoe in 2000. Under A$AP Rocky’s direction, the shoe now comes in the original “Summer Melon” color scheme, adding a fresh twist to the classic design.
A$AP Rocky shared his excitement about the collaboration, stating, “This Miami series is designed to give car fans the opportunity to own their own racing suits, helmets, and shoes. I want to bring the concept of childhood dreams and imagination into the F1 field, allowing adults to truly enjoy it all.”
