This Monday, in another weekly auction by the firm Consignaciones Córdoba at the Sociedad Rural de Jesús María, the Invernada showed a considerable increase, while the value of the “gordo” almost did not move.

The 100 to 150 kilo calf was paid for $2,300 per kilo, 15% above the auction held seven days ago.

Meanwhile, the steer weighing 300 to 350 kilos had a price of $2,160, just 0.4% higher than the previous week.

The gap between the steer and the calf rose to 6.5% in favor of wintering.
