The Damiani group makes its company spaces available to administer vaccines

by admin

Confirmation that the anti-Covid vaccination campaign in Italy is accelerating is the ever-increasing number of companies that make their spaces available for administration. The Damiani group is also added to these, which for some time has made available for the vaccination of all citizens, its employees and their families, some company spaces, including the 12 thousand square meters of the future production center in Valenza, the former Palafiere of the city.

This structure, equipped with ample parking and logistically structured, is located outside the historic center of Valenza and could be used to set up a medical area suitable for administering vaccines according to the approved implementation provisions.

The group has been committed to the pandemic emergency since last year: in addition to the donation of 100 thousand euros for some hospitals, it had made some of its offices available for field hospitals, also activating its international network to recover protective equipment to be donated health facilities and implementing #TogetherWeHelp ”, a digital project aimed at amplifying the group’s donation mechanism, involving jewelry and design enthusiasts who bought the other brands of the group on the Damiani, Salvini, Calderoni, Rocca and Venini sites.

Furthermore, for the collaborators, who in many cases have worked for the company for generations and make the creations of gold and glass art possible, insurance has been activated and is still active, for them and their families, in the event of hospitalization for Covid19. Finally, a jewel was given to all the doctors and nurses of the Tortona Hospital, converted into the first Covid Hospital in Italy, as a symbolic thanks for their commitment.
