Xi’an News Network reported recently that the drama “White Deer Plain” produced by the Shaanxi People’s Art Theatre ended perfectly in Shanghai, and set off for the next stop in Shenzhen.
In the city of Shanghai, the drama “White Deer Plain” received responsibilities and medals, and won the most important “Annual Drama” award at the 2017 Shanghai Jing’an Modern Drama Valley One Drama Awards; it opened a new era and a new journey, with the respect for Mr. Chen Zhongshi Missing, completed the feat of 100 performances in one year; Shaanxi actor and actress gained affirmation and glory. Actor Zhang Qian who played Tian Xiaoe in the play won the supporting role award at the 28th Shanghai Magnolia Drama Performing Arts Awards; completed six years 420 new monuments…This “White Deer Army” from the northwest conquered Shanghai audiences who were accustomed to Broadway in a pure Shaanxi dialect.
