Who is Caito Maia

In the 90s, Caito Maia discovered his passion for glasses in the USA while studying music. Realizing that glasses were more than just eye protection, he began selling them to supplement his income. After trying wholesale in Brazil, facing financial challenges, he learned valuable business lessons.

In 1997, decided to create his brand, he launched the first Chilli Beans store in São Paulo, making it the largest sunglasses company in Latin America. Today, with more than a thousand models and 4 million pieces sold annually, the brand is a success.

In addition to leading Chilli Beans and Ótica Chilli Beans, Caito Maia is an investor in Shark Tank Brasil and motivates entrepreneurs in lectures across the country.
