After previously announcing that Riot Games had invested in a targeted training platform called Aim Lab, now news is that gaming peripheral maker SteelSeries is looking to make a similar move, as it has announced that it has added 3D Aim Lab to its family.
As mentioned in a press release, we’ve been told that the browser-based tool will celebrate its new home with a contest hosted by SteelSeries. Dubbed the SteelSeries Challenge for short, fans will be able to test their goals and stand a chance to win one of 30 SteelSeries Prime gaming mice, along with a number of other hardware and perks from hardware creators.
Otherwise, the addition of the SteelSeries family is said to allow Aim Lab and SteelSeries to work on creating “new software-based tools” as well as “a whole new training experience never seen before in gaming.” .
