5 doctors under investigation / “He could have been saved with the diagnosis of thrombocytopenia”

The Genoa prosecutor’s office closed the investigation into the death of Camilla Canepathe 18-year-old student from Sestri Levante who died in 2021 after the administration of the AstraZeneca vaccine because of White, the rare cerebral thrombosis associated with low platelet levels and triggered by the injection of adenoviral preparations. The act of conclusion of the investigations was served on 5 employees of the emergency room in Lavagna, where the young woman had gone twice before being transferred to the hospital in Genoa. Four are accused of manslaughter as, according to the prosecutor’s office, they had not followed the regional procedures envisaged in the case of Vitt, which had recently come into force. The prosecution claims that if the protocol had been followed correctly, the patient would most likely have survived.

Furthermore, the five suspects are also accused of ideological false since in the folders they had only written a Camilla Hemp had been administered Vaccine against the Covid. Now the suspects have 20 days to decide to be interviewed, present documents or file defense briefs. The investigators maintain that the responsibilities concern only these aspects, not in the general green light to the vaccination “open days”.an aspect that had been at the center of the investigation into death of the student of 18 years for months.

CAMILLA CANEPA DEATH, COULD HAVE BEEN SAVED WITH VITT’S DIAGNOSIS

Camilla Canepa voluntarily vaccinated in 2021 Chiavari on the occasion of one of open day promoted by Liguria region after the authorization of Scientific technical committee (CTS). Days later she went to an emergency room in Lavagna for headache and photophobia. She underwent a brain CT scan and neurological examination, she was discharged with both tests negative. She returned to the emergency room with motor deficits, this time she was transferred to San Martino in Genoa, but the doctors’ fight to save her life proved futile: on June 10th she died. Critical issues immediately emerged: for example, the first CT scan was performed without contrast liquid, despite the guidelines saying the opposite.

The Genoa prosecutor’s office accuses four suspects of not having taken action «carrying out all the diagnostic tests required by the therapeutic protocol drawn up by the Liguria Region for the treatment of VITT (Vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia) syndrome, which had affected the girl after the infusion of the vaccine dose». For and pm Stefano Puppo e Francesca Rombolàthese tests would have allowed «to formulate the correct diagnosis of the emerging pathology and to promptly adopt the therapeutic treatment which, with high probability, would have allowed the patient to survive». This is the accusatory hypothesis to be subjected to scrutiny by a third judge.
