After four years of intense work, characterized by the planning of social and health services during the pandemic period and in the phases of progressive resumption of activities, Dr. Federica Rolli leaves the Modena Local Health Authority. Rolli held the role of Director of Social and Health Activities, a role in which Dr. Andrea Fabbo, current head of the Geriatrics, Cognitive Disorders and Dementia Operational Unit of the Modena Local Health Authority, will take over as acting director. Rolli will continue his professional career as Social and Health Director of the Health Protection Agency of the metropolitan city of Milan.

In recent weeks the Modena Local Health Authority, together with Rolli itself, has been committed to ensuring the continuity of the work carried out in recent years and the continuation of the interventions planned in the various Districts also in collaboration with the local social sectors.

The Modena Local Health Authority takes this opportunity to thank Dr. Rolli for her great professionalism and commitment over the years, in particular on the strengthening and improvement of the social and healthcare network, with the introduction of important innovations throughout the province implemented thanks to the constant collaboration of the operational group of the socio-health management, the district directors, the department directors, the managers of the socio-health areas and the managers of the plan offices who have concretely implemented the directions of the local administrations.

“The new role that I will take on at the ATS of Milan represents a further professional step and I will bring the experiences gained in recent years not only to the Local Health Authority of Modena, but to other regional and extra-regional contexts – states Dr. Federica Rolli – I was welcomed here in 2020 and I encountered a context in which professional relationships are based on the basis of loyalty and multi-professional collaboration and between entities other than local administrations, Third Sector entities, bodies managing social and health services and associations of Volunteering”.
