Cut the cauliflower and broccoli florets from the stalk and quarter them or cut them even smaller if necessary. Peel and dice the onion and garlic, clean the pear and cut into wedges.
Heat the frying oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower and broccoli in it. Add onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, deglaze with white wine or juice and let it boil down.
Mix curry powder and almond butter. If the alcohol in the pan has boiled away, add the almond butter with the curry powder. Let it simmer briefly and then serve. To do this, cut the mozzarella into slices and distribute it on a plate, then add the pan-fried vegetables on top.
