Covid data: in the last 24 hours 67,817 cases and 79 deaths - Healthcare

There are 67,817 new infections from Covid recorded in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health. On Saturday 16 July 2022, 89,830 were infected. The victims are 79, down from 111 on Saturday. The rate is 22.8%, substantially stable (Saturday 22.5%) and a total of 297,754 swabs were performed, including antigenic and molecular. On the other hand, 403 patients are hospitalized in intensive care, two fewer on Saturday. The daily admissions are 38. The hospitalized in the ordinary wards are 10,576, compared to Saturday 142 more.

Coronavirus positive Italians are currently 1,465,050, compared to 16,500 more on Saturday. A total of 20,145,859 have been infected since the beginning of the pandemic, while the dead have risen to 169,925. The discharged and healed are 18,510,884, with an increase of 52,417.
