Covid: simultaneous infection of two variants, 90 years old dies in Belgium

INFECTED by two Covid variants simultaneously. A 90-year-old died in Belgium from contracting Brazilian and South African, both alpha and beta forms of the coronavirus. The woman lived in Aalst and was in good health, despite her age: there were no signs of respiratory distress and had good oxygen saturation when she was admitted to Olv Hospital on April 3, due to a fall.
