The 14th DHS Addiction Self-Help Conference will take place from April 19th to 21st, 2024 in Berlin/Erkner and online on the topic of addiction and the social environment. The focus is particularly on the effects of problematic substance use and addictive behavior on relatives and people close to them. The BKK Dachverband eV, Berlin, supports the event financially.
The diverse program starts with a round of discussions. In a total of five lectures and six working groups, renowned experts and experienced people from addiction self-help will examine the conference topic from different perspectives: Addiction self-help is a resource for everyone affected – for people suffering from addiction as well as for the social environment. It is important to use this strength. Following on from this, concepts of diversity and low-threshold and the increasing digital approach to people will be taken into account. Self-help wants to reach more people in their lives.
The addiction self-help conference will take place hybrid for the first time in 2024. Participation is possible in person and online. Volunteers and professional supporters from addiction self-help, addiction support and anyone interested are invited.
